Other Me is a secure AI platform that gives you multiple AI assistants in one place. Instead of switching between different AI apps, you get a team of specialised assistants — like a Programmer, Analyst, or Therapist — that remember your conversations and can work together on tasks.

All plans include GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Grok (xAI). You can switch between models at any time, even within the same conversation.

Yes. You can change each assistant's name, profile photo, and speaking style to make conversations feel more natural and personal. Build your own team of assistants that fits how you work.

Yes. In the same chat, you can ask one assistant to hand a task to another. For example, your Analyst can compile research, and you can then ask the Graphic Designer to create visuals based on those findings — all in one conversation.

Other Me connects with Google Calendar, Google Drive and Zoom. Your assistants can check your schedule, summarise documents, and help you prepare for meetings — all without leaving the chat.

Yes. Other Me has a smart memory system that automatically learns from every conversation. When you mention your name, job, location, preferences, or project details, your assistants remember them without you having to save anything manually. You also get a Memory Dashboard where you can view, search, and manage everything your assistants have learned — filter by type, edit, or delete any memory at any time. If your details change (like moving to a new city), the system detects the conflict and updates automatically.

Yes. You can upload over 80 file types — PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument formats, code files, images, audio, video, and more — directly into chat. You'll see a live upload progress bar and processing status. Once processed, you can preview files right from the chat or from the Documents panel in the sidebar. Your assistants can read, summarise, analyse, and answer questions about your documents — all within the encrypted environment. Files are stored in your personal document vault (10GB per user) for long-term access.

The Memory Dashboard is where you can see everything your assistants have learned about you. It shows memories organised by type — personal info, project details, preferences, facts, and document knowledge. You can search, filter, edit, or delete any memory. Your assistants build this automatically from your conversations, so you never have to manually save anything.

Team Rooms let you chat with other account members in a shared space. You can create rooms, invite members, and collaborate together. Messages go through the same SCRS content filtering as regular chats, keeping conversations safe and appropriate for all members.

Other Me works as a fully responsive web app on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon — stay tuned for announcements. In the meantime, just open your browser on any device and go.

Other Me has a built-in calendar that syncs with Google Calendar. You can create events, view your schedule in a monthly grid, and ask your assistants to check your availability or prepare you for upcoming meetings — all without leaving the platform.

Each assistant can be backed by a different AI model — GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok. Other Me automatically routes your message to the best model for the task. You can also pin a specific model to an assistant if you prefer. This means you get the strengths of every leading model without managing multiple subscriptions.

Yes. Assistants with image generation capabilities can create visuals, diagrams, and artwork directly in the chat. Just describe what you need and the assistant will generate it. Images are stored securely in your account alongside your other files.

Yes. You can seamlessly switch between assistants mid-conversation. Ask your Analyst to research a topic, then hand it to your Programmer to write the code, then to your Designer to create visuals — all in the same chat thread with full context preserved.

The Family or Small Teams plan is £24 per month and includes everything — multiple AI assistants, calendar sync, file uploads, and full security. You can add extra members (family or team) for £15 per month each. The Small Medium Teams plan is £99/month with 8 users included — additional users are £15/month each, up to 50 max. Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

All data is stored on UK-based servers. Conversations and files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We are GDPR compliant and UK-registered (Pop Hasta Labs Ltd).

No. Your data is never shared with any third party for training. Your documents and chats stay on secure servers in the UK, protected by our patent-pending data firewall.

We use a patent-pending technology called SCRS (Secure Context Retrieval System). Most AI tools filter sensitive data after it has already been retrieved. We block access before retrieval even happens. If someone is not authorised to see a document, the AI cannot access it at all — it's completely invisible to the system.

Yes. Every user gets their own completely separate space. Your chats, documents, and history are never visible to other members on your account — whether it's a family plan or a business team.

All data is stored on secure servers in the UK. This means your data stays under UK and GDPR data protection laws at all times.

If anything goes wrong, the system blocks everything by default — it never falls back to showing data it shouldn't. This "block first, ask later" approach means your data stays safe even if something unexpected happens.

SCRS (Secure Contextual Retrieval System) is our patent-pending data governance technology. It automatically detects and redacts personal information before it reaches any AI model, then rehydrates the response so you see the original names and details.

Most AI tools filter data after retrieving it — meaning the AI has already seen everything. SCRS blocks unauthorised data before retrieval. The AI literally cannot access data outside your scope. It also encrypts all stored data, automatically redacts sensitive information like names and ID numbers, and maintains a tamper-proof audit trail of every access.

When you revoke a document, SCRS permanently destroys its encryption key. The encrypted data remains in storage but is mathematically impossible to decrypt — ever. There is no backdoor, no admin override, no recovery option. This is ideal for GDPR right-to-erasure requests, employee departures, or security incidents where you need data gone immediately.

Yes. When documents are ingested, SCRS uses NLP and pattern matching to detect PII such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, national insurance numbers, and other sensitive fields. These are automatically replaced with safe tokens before the AI can see them. The original data stays encrypted and is only revealed to authorised users.

Yes. Every plan includes Google Calendar, Google Drive and Zoom. Business and Enterprise add HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Odoo, DocuSign, Xero, Zoho Books and Calendly. Enterprise customers also get REST API access for custom integrations, plus webhook notifications (which can be routed to Slack, PagerDuty or any HTTPS endpoint) to connect with your existing workflows.

Yes. Every action is logged — logins, API calls, role changes, and configuration updates. You can export these logs anytime for compliance reviews or security audits. Logs are tamper-proof and stored securely.

Yes. Enterprise customers can bring their own API keys from any AI provider — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and others. Your keys are encrypted and stored securely. This gives you full control over costs and lets you use your existing provider agreements.

Other Me uses five built-in roles: Owner (full control), Admin (manage users and settings), Developer (API access and integrations), Viewer (read-only dashboards), and Billing (manage subscriptions). Each role has scoped permissions — users only see what their role allows, enforced by SCRS at the data layer.

Available on Enterprise Custom contracts. For organisations with strict data sovereignty requirements, we offer dedicated single-tenant cloud deployment with regional data residency, customer-controlled encryption keys (BYOK), and configurable update schedules. Full on-premise / VPC delivery is contracted case-by-case — talk to sales about your specific deployment, network, and audit requirements.

By default, all data is stored in the UK under GDPR protections. Enterprise customers can request specific data residency regions — including EU-only or US-only hosting — to meet local regulatory requirements. All AI model calls are routed through the same region as your data storage.
