Other Me connects with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack. Your assistants can check your schedule, summarise documents, and help you prepare for meetings — all without leaving the chat.

Yes. Other Me has a smart memory system that automatically learns from every conversation. When you mention your name, job, location, preferences, or project details, your assistants remember them without you having to save anything manually. You also get a Memory Dashboard where you can view, search, and manage everything your assistants have learned — filter by type, edit, or delete any memory at any time. If your details change (like moving to a new city), the system detects the conflict and updates automatically.

Yes. You can upload over 42 file types — PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, code files, images, and more — directly into chat. You'll see a live upload progress bar and processing status. Once processed, you can preview files right from the chat or from the Documents panel in the sidebar. Your assistants can read, summarise, analyse, and answer questions about your documents — all within the encrypted environment. Files are stored in your personal document vault (10GB per user) for long-term access.

The Memory Dashboard is where you can see everything your assistants have learned about you. It shows memories organised by type — personal info, project details, preferences, facts, and document knowledge. You can search, filter, edit, or delete any memory. Your assistants build this automatically from your conversations, so you never have to manually save anything.

Team Rooms let you chat with other account members in a shared space. You can create rooms, invite members, and collaborate together. Messages go through the same SCRS content filtering as regular chats, keeping conversations safe and appropriate for all members.

Other Me works as a fully responsive web app on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon — stay tuned for announcements. In the meantime, just open your browser on any device and go.

No. Your data is never shared with any third party for training. Your documents and chats stay on secure servers in the UK, protected by our patent-pending data firewall.

We use a patent-pending technology called SCRS (Secure Context Retrieval System). Most AI tools filter sensitive data after it has already been retrieved. We block access before retrieval even happens. If someone is not authorised to see a document, the AI cannot access it at all — it's completely invisible to the system.

SCRS (Secure Contextual Retrieval System) is our patent-pending data governance technology. It automatically detects and redacts personal information before it reaches any AI model, then rehydrates the response so you see the original names and details.

Most AI tools filter data after retrieving it — meaning the AI has already seen everything. SCRS blocks unauthorised data before retrieval. The AI literally cannot access data outside your scope. It also encrypts all stored data, automatically redacts sensitive information like names and ID numbers, and maintains a tamper-proof audit trail of every access.

When you revoke a document, SCRS permanently destroys its encryption key. The encrypted data remains in storage but is mathematically impossible to decrypt — ever. There is no backdoor, no admin override, no recovery option. This is ideal for GDPR right-to-erasure requests, employee departures, or security incidents where you need data gone immediately.

Yes. When documents are ingested, SCRS uses NLP and pattern matching to detect PII such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, national insurance numbers, and other sensitive fields. These are automatically replaced with safe tokens before the AI can see them. The original data stays encrypted and is only revealed to authorised users.
