Your HubSpot pipeline,
one sentence away.
Update a deal, create a contact, log a call, move a stage — all from chat. The assistant writes the changes to HubSpot live, with SCRS pseudonymising buyer names and emails before they reach the model. Nine tools, one conversation.
What your sales team can ask for
Deal hygiene without the data-entry tax.
You
“Move the Acme deal to ‘Proposal Sent’ and log today's call under it.”
Other Me
Deal stage updated. Call logged with timestamp and your notes. Want me to set a follow-up task for next Tuesday?
You
“Create a contact for Sarah at sarah@example.com, link her to the Example Ltd company record.”
Other Me
Contact created and associated with Example Ltd. She'll show up under that company's timeline.
You
“Which deals are closing this month and haven't been touched in ten days?”
Other Me
Four deals match. Three are in ‘Negotiation’, one in ‘Proposal Sent’. Want me to draft a check-in email for each?
You
“Summarise the Globex account timeline — last 90 days.”
Other Me
Seven meetings, two proposals, one stalled deal, and a support escalation from last week. Main thread: pricing concern around annual commitment. Want the full rundown?
Nine tools, covered
Contacts, deals, companies and activity — the four objects your reps actually touch.
Contact CRUD
Create, list, update, get and search contacts across the workspace.
Deal CRUD
Create, list, update and fetch deals. Move pipeline stages, adjust amounts, close or lose.
Company lookup
Pull a company record, update fields, see associated contacts and deals.
Activity timeline
Log calls, notes and meetings against any record; read back the last N events.
Prospect data stays yours
When your reps ask the assistant to summarise an account or draft a follow-up, buyer names, emails and deal amounts never reach the model in raw form. SCRS pseudonymises them, and rehydration happens client-side so your reps still see the real names.
We don't copy your HubSpot data into our store. Every call is live, audit-logged, and OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.
- Per-user OAuth. Each rep connects their own HubSpot — one rep's pipeline view stays private from another's.
- Audit on every write. Every deal update, contact create and stage change is logged with user, timestamp and payload summary.
- Instant revocation. Offboarding a rep revokes their HubSpot tokens within the same transaction — a leaver can't take your CRM access with them.
- DLP on outbound writes (Enterprise). Block, redact or warn on patterns like case references or health identifiers before they get saved back to HubSpot.

HubSpot integration: FAQs
Which HubSpot plans does this work with?
Any HubSpot portal with API access works, including the free CRM. Our tool set is read-heavy on Free plans (contacts, companies, deals), full on Starter and above.
Does it support custom properties?
Yes. Custom properties on contacts, companies and deals are readable and writable. The assistant enumerates them before the call so it can reference them by name, not ID.
Can I connect multiple HubSpot portals?
One portal per user connection. If your team manages several portals, each team member connects the one they work in. Agency-style multi-portal support is on the roadmap.
Is there a rate limit?
We respect HubSpot's API daily quota. On Small Medium Teams, you share the portal's quota with any other HubSpot tools. On Enterprise we add adaptive throttling and queueing to avoid spikes.
