Prospect emails, pseudonymised
When you ask the assistant to summarise next week's bookings or pull an invitee's form answers, the names, email addresses and company references never reach the model in raw form. SCRS pseudonymises them before the call and rehydrates them client-side, so your rep sees the real details but the model sees tokens.
Helpful if your Calendly form asks for things like annual revenue, company size or decision-maker status — the kind of answers you don't want in someone else's training set.
- Calendly Standard+ required. Calendly's API is gated to paid plans. We enforce plan checks at connect time so you're told up front.
- Per-user OAuth. Each person's Calendly connection is separate. A rep can't see another rep's meeting notes.
- Cancellation audit. Every cancel is logged with the reason and the user who triggered it — useful for CS teams tracking escalation patterns.
- Offboarding revokes access. Deactivating a team member revokes their Calendly token in the same transaction.

Does this work with the free Calendly plan?
No. Calendly's API is restricted to Standard and above. We check your plan at connect time so you don't hit unexpected errors later. If you're on Free, upgrading Calendly is usually cheaper than building a workaround.
Can the assistant book meetings on behalf of invitees?
Calendly's API is read-heavy: create scheduled events must happen on the invitee's side via the link. We share the link, surface who's booked, and cancel — which covers 95% of what sales and CS teams need.
Does it read Calendly Routing Forms?
Yes. When an invitee fills in a Routing Form, their answers come through on get booking details. Useful for qualifying discovery calls before the rep picks up the conversation.
Does this work with team-level event types?
Yes. Team event types are listed alongside personal event types in list event types. If your team has round-robin or collective scheduling set up, we respect that routing.
