One assistant.
Every tool your team already uses.
Ask Other Me to send a DocuSign envelope, update a HubSpot deal, pull up a Xero invoice or book a Calendly meeting — from the same chat. Every action runs through our patent-pending SCRS data firewall, so sensitive information stays inside your boundary.

Works with your stack
AI is only useful when it reaches your data
A chatbot that can't see your CRM, your signed contracts or your accounts is a demo, not a tool. Other Me connects directly to the systems you already pay for — and redacts sensitive data before any model sees it.
Do real work, not just answer questions
Send envelopes, update deals, pull reports, book meetings — 90+ tools across 11 integrations, all triggered from natural language.
SCRS redaction on every call
Before any integration data reaches an AI model, SCRS strips PII, pseudonymises what's needed for context, and rehydrates only for your staff.
Every action logged for audit
Who sent which envelope, who updated which deal, who queried which invoice — the audit trail is always on, with 90-day retention on Business and configurable retention on Enterprise.

Four workflows your team can run from one chat
Single integrations are useful. Two or three working together is where the compound effect shows up. These are the combinations we see most often.
Close a deal without switching tabs
Prospect meeting → CRM update → contract. All from one conversation.
- 1Pull the prospect's Calendly booking and their form answers into chat for prep.
- 2After the call, update the deal stage and log the activity in HubSpot.
- 3Send the MSA from a DocuSign template to the buying committee.
- 4When the envelope is signed, close-loop the deal in HubSpot and file the signed PDF back.
+
Month-end close, in one afternoon
Aged-debtors triage → supporting docs → exec summary. Ready for the CFO's review without a spreadsheet.
- 1Query aged receivables from Xero or Zoho Books, grouped by ageing bucket.
- 2Draft chase emails for the top five customers from your templates.
- 3Pull the supplier-contract folder from Drive to check disputed expenses.
- 4Generate the month-end snapshot and schedule it as a report for the CFO.
+
Contract workflow with privilege intact
Matter file → redraft → signature → follow-up. SCRS keeps client names out of the model the whole way through.
- 1Find the latest draft in Drive for the Jones matter and summarise open clauses.
- 2Send the revised NDA through DocuSign to opposing counsel.
- 3Schedule a signing confirmation call in Google Calendar.
- 4When signed, pull the completed PDF and file it back in the matter folder.
Customer onboarding on autopilot
Deal closes → schedule kickoff → prep materials → run the session. CS team picks up right where sales stopped.
- 1Confirm the HubSpot deal has moved to Closed Won and pull the customer record.
- 2Share the Calendly onboarding link with the customer's primary contact.
- 3Create the Zoom kickoff meeting, send invites, pin the join link.
- 4Attach the onboarding pack from Drive to the calendar invite.

Integration questions, answered
How does the AI call an integration?
You describe what you want in plain English. The assistant chooses the right tool (send envelope, update deal, pull invoice), checks that your plan allows it, runs it through SCRS to redact any sensitive data, and returns the result inline. You don't write API calls or pick tools manually.
Does Other Me store my CRM data?
No. We call your HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or Odoo instance live and pass the result through SCRS on its way to the model. The data is never copied into our database. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
How long does it take to connect an integration?
About two minutes. Every OAuth-based integration (all of them except Odoo, which uses per-user API keys) follows the same flow: click Connect, authorise on the partner's site, choose which account or org to connect, and you're done. Individual team members each connect their own, so one person's HubSpot data stays separate from another's.
What happens to integration access when someone leaves the team?
Admins can deactivate a team member from the admin dashboard. Their OAuth tokens are revoked immediately, their integration data vault is locked, and an audit event is written. On Enterprise, encryption keys can be rotated across the organisation in one operation.
Can I restrict which integrations my team can use?
Yes. Team policy lets admins enable or disable integrations for the whole team. On Enterprise you can go further with DLP rules that block, redact or warn on specific patterns before any integration call leaves your boundary.
We use an integration that isn't listed. Can you build it?
Often, yes. On Enterprise, custom integrations can be built against your existing APIs. Get in touch and tell us what systems you need connected — we'll tell you timeline and cost.
