Region-correct, every call
A call for your EU Zoho org hits accounts.zoho.eu. A call for your India org hits accounts.zoho.in. The region is resolved at connect time and enforced on every subsequent call, so you cannot accidentally send EU data to a US endpoint.
SCRS pseudonymises lead and contact PII before any model sees it. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Webhook subscriptions are renewed daily, with dedupe on every delivery.
- Multi-org. Connect several Zoho orgs per user and switch between them by name in chat.
- Real-time webhooks. Lead updates, deal stage changes and new tasks push into Other Me without polling.
- Daily webhook renewal. A background job renews expiring subscriptions automatically — no stale hooks.
- Revocation on offboarding. Leaver's Zoho tokens are revoked in the same transaction. Evidence written to audit log.

Which Zoho editions does this work with?
Any Zoho CRM edition with API access works — Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate and CRM Plus. Some advanced operations require Professional or higher; the assistant adapts automatically to what your plan supports.
Does Zoho One work?
Yes. If you have Zoho One, CRM is included. Integration works identically.
Are custom fields and custom modules supported?
Custom fields on leads, contacts, accounts and deals are fully supported. Custom modules are on the roadmap — let us know if this is a must-have and we'll prioritise.
What's the webhook behaviour?
On connect, we subscribe to lead, deal, contact and task events. Webhooks are renewed daily by a background job. Every delivery is dedupe-hashed, so duplicate Zoho pushes don't double-count.
