SCRS + per-tenant routing

Multi-company, enforced

Pipedrive's API base is per-tenant (resolved from the OAuth response's api_domain field). We respect that on every call, so one rep's connection to their UK company never reaches the US company's endpoint by accident.

SCRS pseudonymises deal owners, contact names and email addresses before they hit the model. Your pipeline values never appear in training data.

  • Field-type coercion. When the assistant writes a number into a custom field, we validate the type before it hits Pipedrive — no corrupt writes.
  • Audit on every write. Every deal update, lead convert and activity close is logged with user, timestamp and payload summary.
  • Webhook dedupe. Pipedrive sometimes double-fires. We hash and drop duplicates, so activity counts stay accurate.
  • Instant revocation. When a rep offboards, their Pipedrive tokens are revoked and the webhook subscription is torn down.

Which Pipedrive plans work?

Essential and above. The integration needs API and webhook scope — both are on Essential. Power and Enterprise plans unlock more custom fields, which we handle automatically.

What if we have multiple companies in Pipedrive?

Each rep connects to the company they work in. The OAuth response gives us the correct api_domain for that company, and we use it on every call.

What custom field types are supported?

Text, number, date, enum, user, phone, address and currency — all read and write. When the assistant writes to a numeric or date field, we coerce the input into the right primitive before the call so you don't end up with malformed values.

Does this work with Pipedrive's AI features?

Yes, they coexist. Pipedrive's built-in AI stays inside Pipedrive; Other Me acts across your whole stack (Pipedrive plus DocuSign, Calendar, Drive, etc.) and runs every call through SCRS. Use both.
