Settings

Every module’s settings in one home, with org → team → user inheritance and sensible governed defaults.

Storage & residency

See where data lives on UK/EU infrastructure and set retention windows — from a single view.

Access & roles

Role-based access set once, enforced everywhere across the suite — with SCRS tokenisation masking sensitive data in-flight.

Governance & audit

The audit ledger, SCRS controls and the kill-switch — always one click away.

Billing & entitlements

Seats, modules and invoices in one place. Unpurchased modules show locked, with a one-click upgrade.

Change control

Sensitive changes are second-approver and recorded — no silent setting flips.

What you control

Every lever for the suite, in reach.

The Control Center is the admin home for AI, CRM, Mail, Documents, Live Chat, Tickets, Flows, Governance and HR — so the same control means the same thing everywhere, not nine different toggles in nine different apps.

People & roles

Invite seats and set role-based access once — enforced across every module, with SCRS tokenisation masking sensitive data in-flight. Offboard a leaver and the SCRS kill-switch logically revokes their data access.

Storage & data

See where data lives on UK/EU infrastructure, set retention windows, and manage what’s kept versus cleared — from one view, not buried per app.

Governance & audit

DSAR, RoPA, consent, DPIA and AI impact assessments, the audit trail, operational registers and legal hold — one click away whenever you need them.

The firewall (SCRS)

Pre-retrieval security and reversible tokenisation aren’t per-app add-ons — they’re platform controls you oversee in one place. Patent-pending.

AI & models

Best-model-per-job routing across GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. No client data trains the models — and there’s no per-tier model gating to manage.

Billing & seats

Per-seat plans, the modules you’ve added and your invoices in one place. Payments run through Revolut — clear, no surprises.

Integrations

Connect Google Workspace, Zoom, DocuSign, HubSpot, Jira, Notion and more — outbound to third parties is pseudonymised through SCRS.

Change control

Sensitive changes are recorded and can be second-approver gated — so a setting never flips silently, and you can always answer “who changed what, when?”

Storage · residency · retention

Know where your data lives — and for how long.

Data on Other Me sits on UK/EU infrastructure, and we never use client data to train models. From the Control Center you can see what’s stored, set how long it’s kept, and clear what you no longer need — without filing a ticket or chasing a separate console for each module.

  • Customer data stored in the UK/EU across the suite
  • Retention windows you set, not defaults you inherit
  • Legal hold preserves records when a matter requires it
  • No client data is ever used to train the models

Granular data-residency controls (and matter walls) are on the roadmap — talk to us about your needs.

Buy CRM and Mail today, add Ticketing next quarter — the Control Center always shows the whole suite. Modules you haven’t purchased appear locked with a clear price and a one-click upgrade, so admins always know what’s available without digging.

  • One consistent place, whatever you own

How entitlements work

Add a module and it’s already wired in.

Other Me is one platform, not a folder of separate apps you have to bolt together. Plans are per seat, and the whole AI suite — office editors, Flows and HR-lite — is included on every seat, so adding capability is a switch, not a migration.

1

Start with what you need

Pick your seats and the modules you want today — AI, CRM, Mail, Tickets, Live Chat, whatever fits. Everything else stays visible in the Control Center, clearly marked.

2

See the whole suite, locked

Modules you haven’t bought appear locked with a clear per-seat price and a one-click upgrade — no hidden surprises, no separate sales call to find out what exists.

3

Unlock and go

Turn a module on and its settings, roles and audit are already there in the same governed home — under the same SCRS firewall — so there’s nothing new to configure from scratch.

Everything it does

The admin surface, in full.

Every governed lever, permission and safeguard that lives in the Control Center — grouped so you can see exactly what an admin can do.

Governed settings, four scopes

  • Org → team → sub-account → user inheritance — the most-specific value wins
  • Every key falls back to a safe governed default, so a new org is compliant on day one
  • A registry of governed keys: PII strictness, cross-system PII, retention, kill-switch armed, model providers and more
  • Change any of them by chat with manage_settings — sensitive keys still route through the approval gate

Change control & audit

  • Sensitive changes are held as a pending request, not applied on the spot
  • A different admin of the same scope must approve before it takes effect
  • An atomic claim on approval stops the same change applying twice
  • Every request, approval and rejection is written to the tamper-evident SCRS hash-chain — with actor, scope and value

People, roles & access

  • Owner grants each admin a precise permission set: invite, remove, roles, billing, people/HR, reports & export, tools
  • Define named custom roles (e.g. “Shift Lead”) on top of a base role — no extra price
  • Curate a per-member module allow-list over seat entitlements — no rows means full access, any row means exactly what you granted
  • Offboard a leaver and the SCRS kill-switch logically revokes their data access — never your own account, always audited

Login security & sessions

  • 2-step email verification with a one-time code
  • Authenticator (TOTP) app enrolment for stronger sign-in
  • See active sessions and manage trusted devices from the Security page
  • Business accounts hold one active login — last-login-wins closes the old session automatically

Team policies & content gates

  • Require 2FA for everyone on the team
  • Restrict document sharing outside the team
  • Owner-only governance over who can invite external people
  • Maintain a restricted-topics keyword blocklist that stops matching member messages at the content gate
  • An always-on content filter stays locked on — it can’t be switched off

Billing, credits & your data

  • A shared, capped AI credit pool with cost-saver, premium-paused and hourly modes plus top-ups — admins see a qualitative status, not raw spend
  • Every module is Included on the flat per-seat plan; add-ons are priced in-app: CRM & Operations +£11/team, e-signature £2/employee, extra data £5 per 5GB
  • The built-in pay page runs through Revolut
  • Self-serve GDPR (Art. 20) export — download a full copy of your data
  • Tier-gated Zapier API keys, shown by prefix and metadata only — the plaintext key is never stored

Nothing here is certified: Other Me is UK GDPR-aligned and built to the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, with ISO 42001, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 all on our roadmap. Customer data is stored in the UK/EU today; finer-grained residency controls are on the roadmap. Matter walls and ethical walls are built in today.

One source of truth

Because settings are governance.

When configuration, storage and access all live in one governed place, your compliance posture isn’t spread across tools you have to reconcile. Change once, audited once, enforced everywhere.

Explore Governance →

Control Center, answered.

Is the Control Center an extra cost?

No. It’s the admin home included with every plan — the single place to run settings, storage, access, billing and governance for whatever modules you own.

Where is my data stored?

On UK/EU infrastructure. We never use client data to train models. With the SCRS firewall, the vector index holds zero plaintext and content sits in a separate encrypted store, released only after cryptographic verification.

What happens to modules I haven’t bought?

They stay visible but locked, with a clear per-seat price and a one-click upgrade. When you turn one on, its settings, roles and audit are already in the same governed place.

How do roles and access work?

Role-based access is set once and enforced across the suite, with SCRS reversible tokenisation masking sensitive data in-flight. Offboard a leaver and the SCRS kill-switch logically revokes their data access everywhere.

Is anything certified?

Other Me is UK GDPR-aligned and built to the UK Age Appropriate Design Code. ISO 42001, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap — we hold none of them today. We say “on our roadmap” — never a certification we don’t hold.

What about SSO, BYOK and residency controls?

Those — along with matter walls — are on the roadmap. Talk to us about your needs.

One place. The whole suite.
