Almost all automation ships off by default and opt-in — focused-inbox learning is the one exception — and governed forward / auto-reply actions need your explicit on-screen consent. Governance here is first-party (SCRS redaction, crypto-shred, audit ledger); nothing is externally certified, and the built-in pay page runs on Revolut.
The editor never ships your text to a third-party spellchecker or model in the clear. PII is tokenised before AI, exports are DLP-gated and audited, and external share-links can run titles and assignees through the SCRS redactor.
