What data do you collect from my child?

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service: conversation content (processed through our patent-pending Data Firewall), session duration, and engagement metrics. All data is stored on UK servers and is never used to train third-party AI models. You can delete all data at any time from your parent dashboard.

Are you compliant with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code?

Yes. Other Me is designed with the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code) at its core. We default to the highest privacy settings, minimise data collection, and provide age-appropriate experiences. We also comply with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
