How does the SCRS data firewall protect our data?
SCRS (Secure Contextual Response System) is our patent-pending pre-retrieval security layer. Before any data reaches an AI model, PII is automatically detected and pseudonymised. The AI works with anonymised tokens while your original data stays encrypted in UK-hosted infrastructure. On response, pseudonyms are rehydrated for the authorised user only.
Which AI models are included?
All plans include access to GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. Users can switch models per conversation. Enterprise plans also support bring-your-own API keys for direct billing with providers.
Can we use our own SSO provider?
SSO is on our roadmap. We're building SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect support for Azure AD, Okta, and Google Workspace. Enterprise customers will get priority access when it launches.
Where is our data stored?
All data is hosted on UK infrastructure. File content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using per-document keys derived from per-user master keys. We never train on your data and never share it with third parties.
How long does deployment take?

What happens when we cancel?
