Acceptable Use Policy

1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Other Me platform, including all AI assistants, APIs, integrations, and related services operated by Pop Hasta Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By using Other Me, you agree to follow this policy. If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.

2. Permitted use

You may use Other Me for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Personal productivity, research, writing, and creative tasks
• Business operations, analysis, and team collaboration
• Educational purposes and learning
• Software development and technical assistance
• Family use with parental controls enabled for younger users

3. Prohibited use

You must not use Other Me to:

Illegal activity

• Break any applicable law or regulation in the United Kingdom or your local jurisdiction
• Commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Access or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation content
• Engage in human trafficking or modern slavery
• Plan, promote, or carry out acts of terrorism or violent extremism

Harmful content

• Generate content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Create deepfakes, impersonation content, or misleading media intended to deceive
• Generate content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any person
• Produce sexually explicit content involving real people without their consent
• Create content that promotes self-harm or suicide

System abuse

• Attempt to bypass security controls, parental controls, or access restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our systems beyond normal API rate limits
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorised third parties
• Resell or redistribute access to Other Me without written permission

Data misuse

• Upload or process personal data of others without a lawful basis under UK GDPR
• Use the platform to collect, store, or sell personal data without proper consent
• Deliberately input sensitive data (such as health records, financial details, or government IDs) to extract or expose it
• Attempt to extract training data or model weights from the underlying AI models

4. Enterprise and API users

If you use Other Me through an enterprise account or via our API, you are additionally responsible for:

• Ensuring all users within your organisation comply with this policy
• Properly scoping API key permissions and revoking keys that are no longer needed
• Not using the API to build competing AI products without written permission
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws when processing personal data through our API

5. Parental controls and minors

Account holders who create sub-accounts for minors (under 18) are responsible for:

• Enabling and configuring appropriate parental controls
• Monitoring their child's use of the platform
• Ensuring the AI environment is suitable for the child's age

We provide tools to help with this, but ultimate responsibility lies with the parent or guardian.

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of anyone using Other Me in a way that breaks this policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@pophastalabs.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Enforcement

If we determine that you have broken this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Revoke API keys
• Report the activity to law enforcement if required by law

We will try to give notice before taking action, but we reserve the right to act immediately if there is a serious or urgent risk.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Other Me after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
